On September 14th in Odessa downtown a new spot of Bellini. 
restaurant chain has been opened. ”Big brother” of a new restaurant – Lounge-dance Cafe Bellini 
at Tairovo district – already gained a good reputation among Odessa people and guests of our beautiful city.
The conception of Lounge-dance Cafe – to create a place for the people, who appreciate good cuisine and enjoy spending time in the good company with accompaniment of nice music – was born couple of years ago.
We would like to make a place, where people of different age and interests can enjoy their time. Not only majeurs and oligarchs, but also simple people of moderate means. Moreover, one of the main idea in Bellini’s concept is - that it’s exactly Lounge dance-café. We don’t have much projects of this kind in Odessa. Usually, the owners of such places either strongly attracted by night club concept (where people come to dance) or want to keep a format of café (where people can have good food in quiet and relaxed atmosphere). We have succeeded to combine these two formats and this unique combination has bring a great success to us. Target customers group of Bellini – is middle class. We have moderate prices, but high quality standards.
The concept of Bellini at 
Tairova district, which is working quite a long time, perfectly suits to the people of different types. You can come there with the family for the queit dinner, you can spend the time there in the company of good friends, make a banquet, but after 10pm – you can also dance there… Everything here depends on your choice and interests.
We didn’t have a task to make glamour place or, for example, brutal. On the contrary, Bellini – is somewhere in the middle between these two extremes. It seems, that we just created our own new style – bright, merry, dancing and beautiful. Today, when our new concept not only found its admirers, but also grew out of local format, a new restaurant has appeared in the restaurant family. So, here you are : Bellini at Rishel’evskaya Street. This new restaurant, which was opened on September 14, has been working in test format for 10 days and on September 23 and 24 had fantastic 2-days Grand Opening party, which already excited a huge rush among Odessa clubbing people. Monro – was invited as a special guest and anchorman of this grand event.
The interior of restaurant was created by Yuriy Belikov and Yuriy Maikhopar (“Beletage” Architectural and Design studio). This people doesn’t need any introductions – all best architectural and design projects in Odessa and outside it – belong to their unique group of specialists.
As well as in Bellini at Tairova, this place keeps the main idea of the restaurant family: all personnel at your service – waiters, barmen, administrator – are ladies! Our customers, who know the service and cuisine of Bellini at Tairova – will recognize the features of their favourite restaurant, with great pleasure.
